Default Diseased dendrobium aggregatum

Please help... I saved this orchid and its looking increasingly poor. This looks like a fungus to me but I figured it was worth a try to ask. What do you think?

depending on your grow zone, atmospheric humidity and the temperature in your environment.... Potted plants like yours, should be allowed to completely dry out after watering. In a well-drained medium, this should take no more than a day or two....
observe the bulbs....it is wrinkled and dehydrated....check the roots as to why it is not absorbing nutrients for the plant; or maybe you need to water this plant more often than you are doing now....the black spot with yellow ring around is sign of fungus
