Please help.

This on has yellowing leaves but with a new grow.

This one has back spots. Could it be infected with fungus or bateria?

It looks bacterial or fungal. I would treat it right away,

You could look at this link to decide which issue it is and how/what to treat it with.

Is it older growth with yellowing foliage? If so, it's likely it's just shedding old foliage

My cymb had the same kind of black spots at the base, I re potted it and moved it out side where it was cooler, it seems to be doing better now and no new black spots have shown up

I will start physan treatment on the spots in the morning.

The yellowing leaves are only an year old.

The cym with the spots was recent repoted with new media and is always outside.

You have sunburn, don't waste your time with physan.

Your biggest problem is questionable culture. If it has been inside, get it out with more humidity, a regular fertilizer/water regime and lower temps. You may also consider repotting it in fresh mix and cutting off the roots of all the leafless pseudobulbs to allow for the other 1/2 shortened roots on the green bulbs to spread into the new mix.
