What about Garden Safe fungicide?

I would like to know if anyone out there has used or is familiar with Garden Safe fungicide? It's a 3 in 1 spray, for fungus, mites, and insects. I have bad stuff going on with my oncidiums and ondontoglossum, and need something. I have gone to the sticky on this board that has a link to St. Augustine Orchid Society, specifically for the info on orchid diseases, causes, treatments and preventatives. The product most often called up to treat many of the diseases is Cleary's 3336. Physan 20 is mentioned at times as well. I have Physan 20, and use it, but in reviewing the info and pics, I may need something different. That said, I have and have also used Garden Safe fungicide, with some results. But very recently I read on this board somewhere that neem oil, which is in low quanities in the GS is bad and stresses orchids. SO...what about it? Or, the Cleary's 3336 ?

I use Garden Safe Insecticidal Soap and Physan 20 ( separately, weeks apart ) and haven't had problems.
I also purchased Mite X and that has also been used....for those special occasions.

I can't wait for Summer as all problems disappear when the plants are outdoors.
