something eating my orchids

hello!! I have 2 major problems in some of my orchids. pictures 1-3 is a phal that was recovering from mites, but after that something start eating the leaves I think they are snails cause I saw one in my yard but i´n not sure if they are able to do that kind of circular damage.

picture 4-5 I really hace no idea. i´m not even sure if it´s just sunburn. please help!

Actually, I see a number of different issues.

The gnawed part of the leaf in the first photo suggests mice or large insects. I have seen roaches do that.

The spots that are black in the middle are indicative of a fungal infection.

The last two photos show mesophyll collapse, which is usually associated with drastic contact temperature changes.
