yellowing on one section of my just spiking oncidium!! HELP
please help this just showed up yellowing at the base of one of the sections and this beauty has a 30cm spike!!
anyone who can help me out greatly appreciate
i have under a sunblaster bulb in a southern facing window in proper medium for the type and i feed with agrarian organics orchid grow spray 1x weekly and mist almost daily water once weekly i dont want to lose this one !! thanks please let me know anyone out there!!

and as you can se this spike is beautiful i really hope there is nothing really wrong!!
thanks so much the roots under the medium are not black but brown no sign of rot and the white roots are all over the plant as for the growth this is a fairly new shoot from the middle not old at all!!
That's a leaf that will eventually die back. It was bound to do something like that. I wouldn't worry about that leaf.
On most Oncs, when the new shoot gets to a certain size, it starts to produce a pseudobulb. After the pseudobulb forms, the old leaves surrounding the pseudobulb eventually die back. It's part of the natural cycle.
