Phal has black/yellow spots under leaf

Hopefully someone can help me resurrect this young phalenopsis. The black spots are multiplying underneath its last remaining leaf. The other two dropped suddenly last month at the same time. Please let me know if you have some instructions for helping this little orchid, I'm a newbie. Thank you,

I am not an expert but those look kind of like scale bugs to me. Are the brown spots raised humps? If so the prognosis does not look good with as many spots as I see in that picture. I would definately separate that plant from any others you have, and go over them too very carefully.
