Please help.Phal leaf turn yellow and black spot

My Phal Orchid got 2 leaf yellow and black spot on it.

i got her 1 month ago,and i water one a week.when the moss a dry.

i cut one of these leaf.but what else can i do?what can i put on her to save her?

The black spots look like some sort of fungal or bacterial infection.

In the 3rd picture, I see some white specks. Did you check for spider mites? They're really tiny insects that appear as red dots if you wipe the leaves with a piece of white tissue. If there are mites, then the black spots are most likely a secondary infection.

Was it near a drafty window?

This can also be brought on by cool or cold.
