What is wrong with my orchids?

I have several catts that seem to be turning purple. Based on my research, some catts with purple flowers are more prone to leaves turning purple if they have too much light. Is this true? I have them all under a 2 bulb T8 light at the moment (until I get my 4 bulb T5). They seem to be healthy, they are putting out more leaves and roots. I'm not sure if this is something I should be concerned about. I posted three pics below, the color is a little off. One just the underside is turning purple. The other, basically the entire plant is turning purple. What do you all think?

Another issue I'm having is with a NOID mini phal. The leaves are shriveled for one and then it also has some black spots on the leaves. I'm pretty sure I have been underwatering it. It was recently planted in a new bark mix so, I didn't accurately take that into account. Would this phal be better mounted? I feel like I can more comfortably water mounted plants without as much worry about over watering. As for the spots, I'm not sure what is going on. Any ideas?

Do you know the species or hybrid name for the plant in the 1st photo? I have some laelias, possibly some cattleys with leaves that have that shape and normally have that color. Your other two cattleya plants look fine. The 2nd photo, it is a bit hard to tell because it is not in focus but it looks like normal leaf coloration from high but not excessive sunlight and the coloration tends to go to green as the leaf matures. The 3rd photo, the plant looks healthy to me.

The first one is Blc sunset 'glory' ,the second and third pics are labeled dick Smith 'dark beauty' purple splash. And the fourth pic is the noid phal.

The phal looks dehydrated to me. But the coloration looks normal

I think the Catts look fine. I have one that has a lot of purple coloration on the underside of the leaves. It's likely just getting an optimum amount of light.

The Phal does look possibly dehydrated. Not sure about the black spots which I can't see too well. However if it is getting as much light as those Catts, it could be sunburn. They are a much lower light plant than Cattleyas are and it may be stressing it.

It appears the Cat is in sphagnum moss in photo 3.
or maybe it is a top dressing? If your cat is in 100% moss this is often problematic for Catts

I think you could be right about the light. I figured the t8 wouldn't be enough for the catts and the phals would be fine. I'll rearrange.

As far as the moss with the catt, it's a mixture with primarily bark, charcoal, and perlite

i would suggest checking the roots on both of these. i do it with superman vision and clear pots
