Phal with yellow spotty leaves

Heat stress show up as large area of even color tone or in sever case, dry brown/light tan patch.
If you don't see any bugs underneath, it could the micro fungus. My gut feeling is Taiwan virus. If this plant is important to you, have it tested to see for sure.
