Wow - I am sooo sorry that this has happened to your collection. And it sounds like that came on quick!
I am not knowledgeable about disease like others, but I would be sure and find out what it is before I add any more to the collection. I am sure someone here will help better than me, but I would immediately flush with hydrogen peroxide and hit it with a fungicide just in case.
Some questions - What temp are these being kept at? And, from the photos it looks like there is color striations or bands of light and dark, in the leaves - is this true, or a result of the flash? And last - are there light grey spots on one of the leaves or are these the sunken spots you are mentioning?

I am afraid I will have to let others take over from here - keep us updated on what is going on!
Have you recently repotted them? Is there something that has changed in the last month or so? Orchids can be slow to show that they are having trouble which makes catching an infection early difficult.
Have you recently turned on the heat or are you using kerosene or something similar to it in order to heat? Sometimes the fumes can kill a plant quick.
That about drained my knowledge on this. Will keep monitoring to be able to see what others think!
Good luck -
Steve

Oh no!!!! I'm so sorry to hear this. I do hope someone with some more insight can assist.

I did notice what looked like food plates beside them. Is there any chance that fruits or vegetables are sitting nearby them? As they age they release a gas that can be harmful to plants.

Based on your pics the first thing I would be checking for would be spider mites. In the second pic there appears to be mite damage on the leaves. Have you checked for them? Take a damp paper towel and wipe the underside of the leaves. If it comes out red-brown then you've got mites. They can take over a plant rather quickly especially if there is little to no humidity.

Good Luck!

Hard to tell from the pics, but my guess is also spider mites or maybe some sort of leaf miner.
