Oncidium Heaven Scent - odd spots

Hey everyone
I just purchased two Onc. Heaven Scent 'Sweet Pea'; Oncidiums tend to develop black spots without it being an infection, so I was not concerned about the spots at the nursery. When I got home and placed them under my lights, I noticed that the black spots have small yellow rings around them. This may be normal, but I have never noticed this before. Being a little Viral Paranoid, I am concerned that these have Cimbidium ring spot, or a like virus. I have never had trouble with diseases from this supplier, so I am a little baffled. Any input on this? Maybe fungal? The leaves showing the most are the older leaves on the shoot. They are currently isolated until I hear something.
