Default ELISA test procedure questions.

I have 50 Agdia Immunostrips on their way to me but I think that I will also start working with their ELISA tests.

I know that we have at least one immunologist here so I have a technical question: The Agdia ELISA Test instructions say "All antibodies and enzyme conjugates should be prepared in a container made of a material such as polyethylene or glass that does not readily bind antibodies. Do not use polystyrene, polypropylene or polycarbonate." But all of the pipette tips that I see are either polypropylene or polycarbonate. Is it OK to use these materials when I pipette the antibody and enzyme conjugate solutions?

When I worked in chem labs, several decades ago, we used to get these really nice glass vials that had a heavy base ground flat and a conical interior bottom. The were used for GC samples or storing sub-gram amounts of material. I have one in front of me that has the company name "Supelco" (GC supplies) on it. Where can I buy these now, can I find them on Amazon, what search terms would I use?

Edit:
Ahh, here is what I am looking for:
Nextgen

Can I get a better price somewhere?

Sigma-Aldrich are the Borg mothership, I just searched for Supelco and I see that they have been assimilated by Sigma-Aldrich.

My lab does a lot of antibody work. We mainly use polypropylene tubes, eg eppy's and falcons, and have never had problems.

I work in a biology lab and all of our ELISA antibodies are stored in polypro. When the vendors ship the antibody in polypro it can't be that binding. Important thing is to keep at the proper temp and to not cross contaminate.
