Default burned a leaf with a space heater! *sniff*

I am so upset -- look at this -- I turned my space heater on in my office and apparently it was too close to my FAVORITE phal! What do I do? Cut it off? what will happen then? Do I let it go? I am GRIEFSTRICKEN

just leave it be, it will heal itself...that plant is tenacious it can take abuse....
I read about a member who placed a Cattleya touching the light bulb and cooked a couple of leaves....yet it didnt die

It doesn't look too bad! The phal will survive!

I agree, Phal can survive losing a leaf or two, and this one looks healthy.
Sorry to contradict others' advice but if it was my plant, I would cut off the leaf. The reason - bacteria loves blisters and personally, I wouldn't want to take a chance. Better be safe than sorry.

keep it clean wash with peroxide periodically, and leave it be would be my approach....it seems to be a very healthy plant, so just let nature handle it....gl
