Well, I've been really good about watering lately but I seem to have a new problem. I added more media to fill in where it settled, but the roots seem to be shriveling at the base. At first I thought it was just the damaged ones but now I've noticed that two of my three visible good roots are shriveling at the top too (see picture). Why is this? Is there anything I can do? I've cut the spike yesterday when it looked dry enough.
