I found this bug on my Dendrobium unicum. Before I killed it, I took a picture of it on some bath tissue, which was the closest thing I could find apart from using my bare hands to catch the bug. It crawled quickly but did not fly away. It was quite small, about 1/4" in length.
I also found a small crawling larva that is yellow and transparent on my Neo. falcata, which was located right next to the Den unicum. I wasnt able to take a picture of it, but I remember it was yellow and translucent. It had legs and was crawling along a leaf relatively quickly. And no, it did not look like an aphid...
Thrips? I briefly checked some photos online and it sure does look like a thrip, but I've never had thrips before so I need someone to confirm.
