split leaf on a doritis

i have this doritis hybrid whose main crown died but put out 3 keiki's from the base of the plant, each one put out new roots and looks very healthy...nice clear green turged leaves, nice silvery roots with growing green tips....but one of them grew this odd leaf that looks like it split in two as it grew out so now it has 4 normal leaves and then these two odd looking strappy leaves sticking out on either side, they have no midline keel, they are pointed at the end and about half the width of the other leaves but somewhat longer, but they do look healthy otherwise....i wish i had a photo of it....anyone ever see this before? what causes it? the new leaf emerging after these, is normal.

I think it's simply a genetic hiccup.
