Yum yum, though that must be quite a mouthful, and you probably need a lot of garlic butter to get it down! (No, it's not a myth that the french eat snails, you can even buy them frozen at the supermarket!)

I thought the garden snails in Germany were quite big but that one is REALLY big!!! big enough to make dinner for two!

I have yet to try escargot but I love sea snails and those smaller ones from the fresh water. yummy!!!
