two sick plants

hello, i've been noticing this two problems for a few days now.

this is newest, it's only a couple days old and it's grown very fast. it's a cattleya, and the problem showed up after the reppoting, in the last pseudobulb that flowered



and this is a stanhopea with some spots that i've been seeing since i buy it almost a month ago, and doesn't seem to respond to fungicide. the part that worries me is that sometimes the spots exude a yellowish liquid
