Hello!
Problem with my phal is that it lost all its leaves.
It started about month ago, when leaves were going yellow from the center od flower and then falling off.
As for now my flower doesn't have any leaves, but good looking, green roots.
Do you think is there any hope for "rebirth" of my phalaenopsis?

Keep trying to post photos, they'll help more than any verbal description. If you're saying the leaves started to fall from the center, then you most likely had crown rot. With all leaves lost, most likely your plant is hopeless. However, you can put it in a dark place, mist the surface, and it might (or might not) start a basal keiki after some time. It'll be a while before the keiki becomes a blooming size plant, but it's possible.
Looks like your plant got crown rot, which usually happens when water sits in the center of the plant. What's left of it is pretty much hopeless, there is no green left at all on the now ex stem. I think you're better off tossing it and getting a new one.

It is possible, with good roots still, to get a basal keiki from the crown rotted plant. No guarantees tho. I was told it depends on whether or not the meristem tissue rotted. If you want to try, just repot it, and care for it as usual.
