Orange eggs in hours and someone is eating the orchid....

Hi,

in hours (i control the orchids twice a day or more) some pests had eaten a new leaf of the orchid and put a lot of eggs...see picture.

The beasts were small,white and it jumped a lot..were in the bark.

So i have repotted the orchid, i cleaned the roots and the leafs of the plant .

what do you think?
The orchid was with anotherones(15) and in the house with a constant temperature of 22C degrees.
