Is treatment possible or should I toss this plant?

This reminds me of an experience I had with long tailed 1" long, feeder gold fish. I bought 10 for $1.00 and spent $30 on remedies to attempt to solve an infection they had come in with that I was not aware of. Obviously they were considered feeder fish meant for "immediate consumption"! The supplier could have cared less!

I saved 2 and you do the math! The lesson I learned was not to buy from that seller again.
