It looks like a scar from something. Did the plant fall or take a tumble at all? The bottom leaf could be just turning yellow from old age. Phals sometimes drop their old leaves. Maybe too much light? How do the roots look? Otherwise I don't know. Hopefully someone else will have something to say about it. Good luck!

yes, some of the damage looks mechanical, and I agree that the bottom leaf may just be on it's way out as well - but some of the other marks, I don't know. Sucking insects ? I don't know whether or not that is something to be concerned about - hopefully someone else will know

Most of that is mechanical damage like Sonya said. It's nothing to worry about but it will stay that way. I can't tell what the third picture is. It looks a little like scale but scale is usually down on the stem. Clean off the top and bottom of each leaf with some soap and water, or alcohal. It will probably be fine.

Thanks a lot, but what about those light spots in the first and second picture? they are spreading and it seems as if they are eating leaves, because scratches are getting bigger ;/

Looking again those light spots could be scale. Is there dome like things on the leaves or small cottony things? I think I can see some scale shells on your plant. If it is scale you will be able to remove the hard like domes and cottony stuff with a q-tip dipped in rubbing alcohol. If it is scale it will get worse if you don't do anything about it. They are insects that suck the juices out of the plant and where they suck they leave a light colored spot behind. The scratches still look mechanical though. Google scale on orchids and you will find lots of info. Good luck!

thanks a lot, but i dont know is it scales or not, because they cant be removed with q-tip, maybe only with a sharp blade. They are hard, like a scar...

Scale are quite hard, but they do come off by scraping gently or wiping. Sometimes a leaf can get little bumps or warts when they take up too much water quickly. that doesn't really look the same tho. Could you post some more close up photos. If it is scale, they can be on the stems and bottom and top of leaves as brown little discs. That's where the female lays her eggs. The immature ones are white and can look fuzzy. They are hard to eradicate and steps should be taken soon if that's what it is. The scratches look mechanical to me as others have mentioned.
I would keep this plant away from others until you figure it out just to be safe.
