Speciosa and Bellina issues

From the looks of it it looks like pilot might be right. In one if the pictures the leave edge is sitting on one of the balls and it has a perfect rot spot of the ball. It does look as though you have fungus and bacteria issue Like king said as well Are you able to wipe the black off at all?
