Dimpling and discoloration of mesophyll Female
Default Dimpling and discoloration of mesophyll

Hello everyone,
Im not sure whats going on with my phal...
About two-ish weeks ago (I have 4 leaves on my phal btw), Anyways the top right leaf got some weird dimpling like craters in the leaves, then started discoloring like the pigmentation went from green to brown and slowly the entire leaf by 2-3 days was LINED with yellow, that night the entire leaf was yellow and knew it was done for...

Now the bottom left leaf, is starting to show the same symptoms, what can I do to salvage it-- is it rot, bacteria, fungus, virus, pests? ...

Im considering buying physan 20, thiomyl just for the future regardless but was hoping that this might help, Im also wanting to repot this plant just to see whats lurking beneath--- I bought this plant about 5 weeks ago......
Any advice would be really appreciated! thanks!

btw link to what the old leaf looked like and what the NEW leaf is starting to look like :S

Interesting. It sounds somewhat familiar to what was beginning to happen to my Phal. Mini Mark. I usually cauterized the brown area to stop it from spreading, but the brown spots would pop up in other parts of the leaf. I eventually had to cut the leaf off (the newest leaf) and the basal leaves seem fine for now.

The thing is, at the crown area, I'm seeing a reddish white, if you look really closely at the pictures these dots--- what is that?! Im very new to orchids so I really cant figure it out, would physan 20 or thiomyl help? 2 leafs in two weeks would be a bad way to go...
