Is this fungal?

Yesterday I got a new bulbophyllum grandiflorum in the post from Germany. It spent no longer than two days on route. When it arrived it looked to be in a great condition. It was firm and had beautiful light green leaves. This morning I noticed that the main leaf has a depressed spot which seems to be yellowing. I wonder is this environmental or has it acquired a fungal infection?

I think its a mechanical damage, just like the small pin sized hole at the tip edge of the same leaf.
If the yellow spot becomes bigger and the center turns dark or black then it is fungi infestation.
Just to be safe: have a cotton ball dipped in hydrogen peroxide and wipe both sides of the leaf

My first thought is the same as Bud's - mechanical damage - it's possible it got bent in transit, but only began to show the damage after a day or two

Thanks guys. I shall rub some h/p on both sides right away. Fingers crossed that it doesn't turn darker.
