Joann, I can't speak for R3ality's orchid, but if it's similar to mine, the white stuff underneath the leaves does not come off- they're like very shallow pock marks. In the photos I posted, the last one shows that the best, but it's tough to photograph.

Got some better pictures.

Are the 'wrinkled' buds normal? Or is something bad happening? The buds are soft, is that normal?

And the last picture, the leaf is yellow at the end with a hint of brown -- Is that bad?

First, ! Second, the yellowing wrinkly buds are nothing to worry about. It is called bud blast, and well, its when the unopened buds die before opening due to a boatload of things. It could be low humidity, temperature extremes, etc, etc.

Temp range 15-26*C

Humidity 21.6% RH

It was in a spot where it was receiving a good amount of light but I moved to to somewhere where it'll get more light on the regular.

I accidentally let some water go into the crown...

Now there are several petals that are wrinkled. I don't know what to do.. I saw somewhere that a plastic bag over-top might help?

Tried it, but it's worse.

If water is allowed to stay in the crown, it quickly causes the crown to rot and the leaves to die and fall off. This usually sounds the death knell for the plant.

In regard to the spots and indentations, no one mentioned the dreaded "V" word. I first thought it might be genetic due the uniformity of the markings but the indentations usually indicate a virus. Insects generally do not bite so uniformly and on all leaves.
