Suddenly, in about 2-3 days, young leaf of v. coerulea, began to yellow.
t 22 day, 17 night, rh 65-75%, what could be the reason?

At a guess, I would say your plant has been attacked by a fungus and the terminal leaf will turn black.
With luck, your plant will send out a keiki that will eventually take the place of the central growth.
Some Vanda alliance plants do not like water sitting in the growing tip, especially in colder weather.
I would suggest using horticultural fungicide regularly.
