Has anyone used "Consan 20"?

I was at Ace Hardware, today, and I noticed they carried a product by "Hi-Yield", called Consan 20. Apparently, it does everything that Physan 20 does. It says it's a: fungicide, algaecide, plant viricide, bacteriacide, disenfectant, sanitizer, and deodorant. They had a 16oz. bottle for about $8, and it says it's okay for orchids, so I got one. Has anyone had any experience with this product? Comments?

I use it. I mix 1 tsp/gal of water. I was told by the plant store that it works like physan20. I spray my new plants with it as a preventative just in case there is a stray bug. I use neem oil to plants with black spots like black rot.
