I remember researching it a bit a few years ago, and remember the "II" formulation being rather pricey to begin with (and didn't seem too concentrated of a mix, either). What is the new stuff retailing at?

Pestrong.com has it for $139/quart ($10 less if you buy two or more).

Enstar II was $85 for 5 ounces.

the new formulation? If so that seems drastically cheaper (depending on the amount needed in dilution)

Enstar II - 65.1% Kinoprene
Enstar AQ - 18.4% Kinoprene

I have been told that the Enstar II formulation is no longer being manufactured. Distributors may still have a bit of stock.

Enstar II 5 oz. @ $59 = $18.1 per ounce of Kinoprene.

Enstar AQ 32 oz @ $139 = $23.6 per ounce of Kinoprene.
