Pics would definitely help, as I'm not convinced it's not aging from what I'm reading. Hopefully it is, and we can be semi-sure with some pics. Sorry I can't help.
Also, is this an older bulb/newer bulb/newer growth? Has this growth bloomed? Any idea what kind of Onc it is? Some of these could help without a pic.

I just took some pics with my phone and sent them to my online album. I have never downloaded photos from there to here before, but I'll try to figure it out. Thanks!

Well, I have no idea how to get any of my photos from my online album into this forum. I have tried and tried for about an hour. It's not like a regular folder I guess. Pretty useless if you can't download and use them....

Well, would you mind sending us a link to your album, that is if it's a public album. If not, if you have a PC and not a Mac, you could use the print screen feature. It's at the top of the keyboard past the "F#" keys (top right generally). This basically copies all the images on the screen, which you can then paste into Word or Paint.

Tough to tell for sure. Can you get one of the pseudobulbs and browned leaves? If these are the outer leaves and not the 2 main leaves coming out of the bulbs, it appears to be just an aged leaf.
