Seems that I have some boisduval scale on some Catts. I cleaned them off and plan to spray with SucraShield.
There are several chlorotic spots on the leaves and I am wondering if these will recover after the pest is removed, or will the spots continue to a slow death?

It depends on how many chloritic spots.
If the leaves are quite pale and yellow the little buggers may have just sapped the plant enough that bacterial or fungal disease set in to finish it off.
I lost two plants this year in such fashion
If the chloritic spots left from the treated scale are few and the overall plant is in good condition it will not skip a beat.
