Lc. Renate bacterial infection?

I bought this in January with 5 other young Catts. They have all been growing new leaves and roots since then. I noticed this black speckling and yellowing on the tip of the affected leaf, which was covered by the end of an Onc. Sharry Baby. I'm guessing with all the rain lately, whammo! Can anyone confirm what this disease is and what to do about it? Please help! Thank you in advance.
