Looks like extensive oedema, related to a sunburn.

Ouch Vicki
You can see where its been burned, backed up with some bad heat blistering. That leaf will be a gonner soon. But a new leaf will replace it soon. Just keep trucking

You know me..."the orchid sunburn queen of the south", so it looks like I've done it again. Geez...and my poor orchids suffer for my stupidity.
