orthene and scale

i purchased 8 new orchids and noticed that they have a scale problem ranging from minimal to noticeable. i quarantined them from my other chids. sprayed them with orthene, a few days later wiped them down with alcohol and q-tips to remove the dead scale. i plan on spraying them with orthene for 3 more week interval to get the newly hatched eggs and crawlies.

my question is: when do you think i can introduce the new acquisitions to my garden? i am thinking after the second week of spraying orthene?

I would wait an extra 2 weeks after the last spraying of the Orthene just to be safe , Take no prisioners ! Gin
