Ok, then that's an easy fix (I hope). I'll just move it to a bid shadier place in the greenhouse. I haven't moved it in months....it's been sitting on or near the same spot on a bench....BUT....the sun is so much stronger now. That's something I didn't think about. My first thought was a poss. mineral deficiency, but I decided that didn't make sense because all of my orchids are watered and fertilized the same.

So either you recently moved the plant to a higher light than its used to, or the changing of seasons has made the light more intense in your growing area. It's more a "cosmetic" issue in my opinion.
