Leaf Problems

Hi everyone,
I have leaf problems on two separate plants.
My questions are.....

Plant A: Could someone please tell me what the yellowing leaves on my each of my two Encyclias are? I noticed the yellowing this morn. as I was watering. I repotted one plant 2-20-11 and the other 3-21-11. It crossed my mind this morn. that I could have been so focused on potting that I overlooked the yellowing, but I very seriously doubt that was the case. I can't imagine me missing something so obvious. The yellow areas show through to the underside of each leaf and where the green meets the yellow on some leaves, there is a crease very slightly mushy. There are new growths on each plant, but it's too early for me to tell if the yellowing is on them, as well. As far as I can tell, they look very healthy, though.

Plant B: Could you also tell me what the brown area on only one of several leaves on my Bc. Little Marmaid 'Janet' is? The dark area shows through to the underside, but as you can see, the damage is more obvious underneath. I also repotted it on 2-20-11. I know that I could not have possibly missed seeing the problem then. It's way too obvious.

I would appreciate knowing your opinions and advice. I welcome any input.
