Default black spots on leaves(cymb gracie allen)

Anyone can tell me if this is a virus, fungus or sunburn?

Looks fungal to me.
I would use a copper based fungicide and give it a nice spray after removing a few of the most diseased leaves.

I am so not an expert, but fungus would be my guess as well.

I agree, it looks fungal to me too. Are you misting the plant? The spots look like water has been sitting on the leaves.
