Angry Small black protruding spots on dendrobium that are easily scraped off

Hi! I've just recently purchased a dendrobium nobile this past weekend and I just noticed more of these black spots today on my dendrobium. I've been keeping it on my windowsill that gets SW sun and I mist it daily. The black spots doesn't look like any scale that I normally see pictures of so I really don't have a clue to what it really is. I found a few on the leaves and the cane. It is easily scraped off with my finger and is the size of a spec of black pepper. I'm attaching a picture of the culprit on the leave that is in the center of the picture. Does anyone knows what this could be?

Also, I left this infected plant a foot away from my phal for one night and I was wondering if that could potentially infect my other phal and how quickly (in case it is scale) scale could move from one plant to another.

I guess this will teach me to inspect my purchases more closely next time!

I appreciate any suggestions or advice! Thank you!

Not scale , or anything that would infect the others .. I think the same as RobS droppings from something ..
