Thanks guys-- if this is in fact a high light issue, thank God, because viruses are so serious. I would hate to toss such a prized plant (only prized by me but hey there is nothing wrong with a phal that has four blooming spikes!). It would make sense, though, as the leaves that are affected are ones that grew during a hotter and more sunnier time of year. The newest leaf and the ones before the affected leaves show no signs. My Kaleidescope has very dark foliage in general so it makes sense that it might not like all the sun it's gotten recently (it too moved to a sunnier spot) but the Purple Martin still worries me a bit. It gets as much sun as the other in its little group but it seems to be the only affected one. Although, I suppose it could be said the others like the higher light since most are or have bellina or violacea genes in them.
Here is my Purple Martin-- your thoughts?
Its growing a new leaf now, so I guess we'll see if the new one is like this.
