Vanda Chlorosis and pink spots. Please Help

Hi, I have an Ascocenda and an Aranda showing some major problems.. Maybe viral. Could anyone tell me what this could be and how to fix it.. They are in a west facing window, its usually dark and gloomy here in this part of Canada in winter. I supplement the natural light with some regular fluorecent bulbs and a purple grow light. Temperature is 22 degrees celsius (low 70's) and 60% relative humidity. They receive a daily misting and a weekly fertilzing. 30-10-10. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
