Awesome, thanks Sonya! I've moved it to a slightly brighter location where it can still be on display, because I noticed that the flowers that have opened since I got it have been much duller than those already open.

Have you ever read "The Botany of Desire" by Michael Pollan? His thesis is that we think we are using the plants, but they are using us just as much. Same thing with dogs and cats! They get us to feed them, breed them, house them and clothe- uh no, they come with their own clothes.

haha! no, i havent read that one. sounds like a good read. another good book, mystery fiction, is Nero Wolfe the black orchid. ( i know no such thing exists, that we know of ) but its about this collector/P.I. it was written by rex stout.
