If it is not valuable I would just dump it.

I have a phal with strange bumps on the leaves ,some of them very large, and my mom doesn't want to throw it out. And it is just a common purple NoID too. *sigh* My phal most likely has an internal pathogen of some sort and I don't need it to transfer to another plant.

Totally agree. Hybrid Phals are cheap and common. Unless the plant represents some significant event, I'd dump it too.

Last year I had 2 phals that looked just like yours, both from the same place. I kept them for about 5 months. They both just got worse and didn't wanna chance the health of my other 'chids. Sooooo I tossed both of them out and never bought anything else from that place.
