If you know these, plese tell me.

Hi. This is first time foa asking question.
I uploaded two photos of some kind of pest or desease.
I have been had this for four years and never gone. This plant is "spider orchid" but shape is very bad. I separeted from other orchid and think about will abondon or not...

Please tell me what is this if you know...
