Unhappy Sap-sucking dendro-killer, qu'est-ce que c'est?

Something is killing our Dens! it seems to attach the young and thinner leaves first, but as we got a baby a few months ago we've sort of neglected our orchids and these bugs (or what ever they are) were allowed to feast It seems to not bother the dens too much as long as they got watered regularly, but the one that started having this problem has never re-bloomed.... Now most of the leaves are infested and I was hoping to save the keikis or new growth if I can only identify the pesky critter that is doing this to them. The Dens are NOIDs but they are pretty when they bloom and I like them, so pls help out!

Default Pictures added

sorry, you were too quick for me. I had to edit the pics before adding them here. Added pics of the damage done, it's a matter of 4 dens now, one (Berry Oda) already died (or we tossed it out as it was too far along)

I was thinking possibly spider mites or thrips. Here is a link that may be of interest.

Default I agree

Looks very much like Thrips Only issue now is to find something that is legal to sell in Norway that I can use to kill them....

Isopropyl alcohol usually kills many soft bodied insects.

true, but then I'd still have to fight the nymphs an pupae. I guess it will be a loosing battle to only get the grown up insects... I've googled a bit and it seems something called Conserve should do the trick on Trips. Anyone heard of it?? What remains to see is if I can buy it myself or if it needs to be a certified professional of some sort...
