I think your cinnamon spray copied from rays would be s good start as a precaution. This could be over crowded light problem. Before you purchase next time look over the leaves and choose healthy looking plants.

Are the bulbs smooth or wrinkled. If they are wrinkled its not been getting enough water. Good Luck, Keep us posted.

Doesn't matter. H2O may be innert, but Cinnamon contains Cinnamaldehyde.

Cinnamaldehyde - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

Leaves okay. Roots, only okay on the wound, not okay to let the concoction touch all roots regardless of damage or not.

Isopropyl alcohol can damage roots all on its own fairly easily.

Is it attacking dead or dying tissue from damage done by a different microbe? Idk.

Thanks guys for all the help! i will most definitely look into black sooty mold! and yes the pseudobulbs were shriveled , but it's weird it not like a normal shrivel its more like ridges only going up and down on it.
