White spider web-like moldnor fungus keeps returning on clowesia rebecca northen
Unfortunately I cannot get pictures. I have clow. Rebecca northen which had some sort of rot hit it last year. Noe this year, after we got a lot of rain, it got something that looked like what my lycaste had. I posted with pics about the lycaste and followed advice to treat with rubbing alcohol and it has been fine. It was said to be biosduval scale (sorry about spelling). So I treated this plant the same way and it seemed to work then a few days later it was back and the newest mature bulb had some rot. I cut it out with sterilized tools and applied cinnamon. Now two days later this stuff that looks like a very thickly woven spider web is appearing out of the cut spot on the bulb. Any ideas are much appreciated.
