I believe it's First Rays Orchids Website that has several home remedies. There are a lot of different things out there but it's good you are trying the home remedies first.
You can use alcohol, hydrogen perioxide, neosporin,
potatoes, beer, and vodka. Do a search for the keywords and some posts ought to come up. Your Plant looks pretty good to me.
