Sluggo is good if you can get it where you live. However, my best solution to the snail problem was to go out to the orchid table about 10:30 PM with a flashlight and pick them off the plants and dispose of them with a good stomp. This took several days to accomplish. It was after that that I used Suggo and a couple slices of potato. I haven't seen a snail or evidence of their presence lately but I really need to check again as I sincerely doubt I have eliminated every snail that exists.
