HELP!!! Male
Question HELP!!!

Need help.

One of my orchid's leaves are turning white and eventually into yellow.

Others have fallen out.

At first I was thinking that it is only because of ageing, but then even the new leaves are turning white to yellow.

What should I do...

I have seen in a paph book writen by Lance Birk a pic of a paph with white leaves. In that particular case, it was due to a disease called Rhizoctonia solani. If you take the plant out of the pot and look at the roots and there is evendence of 'webbing' right on the roots, this could be the reason-this disease. But not sure.

White and then yellow? Was it left outside in full sun? Some pics would be great!
