Yellow Leaves on Odontocidium

Sorry for taking to long to respond.

When I repotted the roots they were firm, but most were a white-ish color. The darker ones were squishy, and I cut those. I'm not sure what to do, other than check the roots again because now even more of the plant is dying.

I think white is normal on roots for these. I'm afraid I don't know enough about them though to suggest what else to try.
